From Corporate Law to Online Business Law: I started my career in top-tier corporate law and financial services - working at Citibank, Macquarie Bank, and BNY Mellon Asset Management across banking law, legal risk management, governance, trusts, managed funds, and securitisation structures. I held senior roles in legal documentation, secretariat functions, and regulatory compliance. That deep corporate background is what gave me the expertise to build a legal practice that actually works - and the perspective to see that small businesses and online operators deserved better access to quality legal documents.
Qualified Australian Lawyer with 25+ Years of Experience: I hold a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and I'm an Associate of both the Chartered Governance Institute (ACIS) and the Governance Institute of Australia (AGIA).
